By using the Website through any device including but not limited to any computer terminal or mobile device, you agree to comply with the following Website terms and conditions of use, Privacy Policy, and our Returns Policy (collectively our “Website Conditions”), as well as any other laws or regulations which apply to this website. However, if you do not or cannot accept our website conditions in totality and without modification, you must stop using our website immediately. Sutrakaar Creations reserves the right to amend these Terms as and when required at its discretion. Your continued usage of this website means you accept those changes. While Sutrakaar Creations aims to ensure that the information in this website is correct, sometimes errors do occur for which we apologize. If you register with Sutrakaar Creations to avail the services you will create an account with a password and account designation upon completing the Website’s registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to: a) immediately notify Sutrakaar Creations of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Sutrakaar Creations cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this clause.

Sutrakaar Creations may request other information from you during or after the registration process that Sutrakaar Creations uses to provide better and more customized services to you. NATURE OF PRODUCT

All our products are handmade hence no two products are identical in their absolute measurements. There might be a slight change, but minimal to the eye which therefore would not change the essence of the design. Since our fabric is woven with paper by hand, slight variation in textures will be present in each product. Customer may find unevenness and pieces of paper ends showing on surface which is a part of fabric and is not to be mistaken as a reject or defect. We conduct hand spinning and hand weaving of newspaper and handmade paper waste. Hand spinning has its own aesthetics of irregularity and varied thickness. Weaving is a technique done by hand so each lot of paper fabric will vary from the other. Images of products displayed will have slight variations as the texture change in weaving. Very slight variations in color are also a part of weaving with these techniques. Some of the products with metal hardware might tarnish or lose its shine over time due to weather conditions and usage. These are changes which occur due to the varied use and handling of the product by the customer and cannot be held against the manufacturers.

SHIPPING

We currently ship all International Orders using UPS/FedEx. UPS International shipping methods delivers within 7 – 10 days. However, even with these shipping methods, transit time may vary due to customs delay. Please note that Sutrakaar Creations is not responsible for any custom fees or duties incurred on international shipment, as these are responsibility of the purchaser. For Domestic Shipments we use Track On. Delivery time varies between 7 – 10 days.

PAYMENTS AND CURRENCIES

All products are prepaid and we don’t offer cash on delivery. We offer customer to purchase in INR and USD only. Please note, by changing the currency, you will be charged according to the currency specific catalogue and not by standard conversion rate.
